My first met with Bumi's mom didn't go well. She was surprised to see that the woman who made her only son felt in love is.. a chinese.
Well, Bumi told me that her mom had bad experienced with Chinese people years a go. Since then she really hates all Chinese and being discriminative. She always blows up easily every time she encounters something unpleasant that has something to do with Chinese.
Okay, what that chinese had done to her was really unrespectful. But hey, not all Chinese are bad.
Anyway, because of her mom, my relationship with Bumi was like hell . I almost gave up, but Bumi insisted to keep this going.
Her mom was crying frantically to find out that Bumi had proposed me sometime last year. Bumi said, it's
our life. Mebbe her mom didn't know what else to do to stop Bumi marrying me, so she said Okay.
But we're not cool yet.
Today, Bumi's mom has said something heartbreaking. :-( She said "Cina tuh emang gitu, ngeselin! Suka nipu!" after watching news about Alda's b/f.
Mom, please, yes I am a Chinese,
but I'm also your daughter in law.
